What are ‘trapped emotions’? Probably not a term you might have heard before unless you’ve read ‘The Emotion Code’ by Dr Brad Nelson.
You see, what happens in life is we have emotional reactions to the experiences we go through. Some are good, some bad – positive and negative. Depending on the intensity and nature of these experiences these emotional energies can be trapped or blocked in the body and give rise to lasting effects.
The thing is, they remain hidden as emotions, we don’t feel them as emotions, most likely we don’t feel anything at all, but they will manifest later on perhaps as a constant or intermittent pain in some part of the body which can’t be medically explained or as some form of inhibition we’re unaware of relating to some aspect of our lives.
These trapped emotions can interfere with, or prevent something we want or are trying to achieve. They help define who we are – or who we aren’t. They colour and frame our behaviour and attitude to the world in general and act, not as a limiting belief we’re aware of, but an invisible or unconscious constraint on our life and our self.
The good news is we can remove these trapped emotions quite quickly, usually in a single session or perhaps a few sessions if there are multiple emotions involved. Sometimes the treatment is effective immediately and sometimes it may take a few days for the mind and body to process what’s been done. What’s more it can be done remotely by an emotion code practitioner.
If you’d like to be checked out for trapped emotions book a clarity call and we’ll see what’s there. It will only take a few minutes and unless a clearance has recently been done, most people will have at least one or two. Oh yes, the ‘bad’ news is we’re collecting them all the time so a regular ‘check up’ is a good idea until we’ve developed skills to avoid this happening.
