What is a ‘heart wall’? Like trapped emotions its something few people have heard of but its safe to say almost everyone has one. Most people think we only have one brain – well we do, but there are two other centres in the body which have a massive influence on who we are, how we feel and what we do.
Ever heard the phrase “I have a gut feeling” or “follow your heart”? Think about it. When something unexpected happens do we get a feeling in the pit of the stomach, in our heart or in our brain? Do we ever feel anything in our brain, other than a headache, or do these sudden feelings hit us in the gut or in the heart?
The heart is the main centre of emotion and throughout and throughout our lives we unconsciously do all we can to protect it. We build a wall around our heart made up of emotional energy and over the years the wall gets thicker and thicker made up of more and more layers of trapped emotion.
Every time something ‘emotional’ happens such as a relationship break up, or a physical attack, an accident, getting fired from a job or role and so on we build another layer on the wall. When we build a wall for a house, there are several layers to the wall – plaster, bricks, insulation, decoration and so on. Each layer has a purpose including protection and defence and it’s the same with our heart wall. The difference is we keep adding to the layers throughout life whenever something untoward occurs.
The trouble is, we put it there to stop ‘bad’ energy getting in, but it also stops us from putting anything out. The wall locks in feelings we may be looking to express, and it can make us appear cold and remote even though that’s not how we want to be.
Like trapped emotion elsewhere it can be released. Usually, it takes two or three days depending on the number of layers. Because the heart wall isn’t apparent to us, we’re not conscious of it so we need to get checked. Unless you’ve already had it released you will have a heart wall and you will be better off without it. Book a clarity call and we’ll sort it for you – the sooner the better! We can tell you how many layers there are and what needs to be done.
